Description

Yerba Prima Milk Thistle Extra Strength, a patented milk thistle seed extract four times more bioavailable than Silymarin. Milk Thistle seed extract supports normal liver function and protects the liver against alcohol, chemicals, pollution and other harmful substances.

Standardized Milk Thistle (Silybum Marianum) contains silymarin, which counteracts the toxic effects of a wide variety of toxins, protects the liver and may be useful for hepatitis, viral hepatitis, cirrhosis, jaundice, psoriasis, free radical protection, fatty degeneration of the liver, hemorrhoids, varicose veins, degenerative disorders of blood vessels, mushroom poisoning and other liver diseases.

Suggested Usage

Adult Usage: Normal Use - 1 or 2 capsules daily. Intensive Use - 3-4 capsules twice a day. For maximum absorption, take on an empty stomach. If there is any digestive upset, take with food.
