Ingredients
Schisandra fruit dry aqueous extract (10:1) 225 mg, lycium fruit dry aqueous extract (12:1) 75 mg, organic schisandra fruit [PPRC]** 75 mg. Proprietary blend: gynostemma herb, organic ginger rhizome [JP]**, licorice root [PhEur]**, organic kukicha twig, organic black pepper fruit.

Suggested Usage
For maximum benefit, herbal tea must be properly prepared. Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep 10-15 minutes. These steps directly influence the amount of beneficial components that will end up in your teacup! Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract.
Drink 2 - 3 cups daily. To enhance benefits, add fresh lemon juice to taste.
