Carnosine: Naturally present in the body and in food, has demonstrated prolongation of life span and youthfulness in animals and cultured human cells. Carnosine is a potent antiglycating antioxidant that quenches the most destructive of free radicals. Research has shown that glycation is a major cause of aging and wrinkling of skin and Carnosine is the most effective anti-glycating substance in the body. Alpha Lipoic Acid: Alpha Lipoic Acid is considered the universal antioxidant because it is both fat and water soluble.
