This product is the very best we have ever used for colds with stuffy/runny noses. It also seems to soothe the throat when dry & irritated from having to breathe through your mouth quite a bit at night. I have used it during antibiotic treatment for colds that turned into sinus infections - the oils really do help to open the sinuses. Great product!!
