Description

Alpha Lipoic Acid- Many nutritionist and researchers refer to Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) as the "universal antioxidant" based on its fat/water solubility. This allows it to travel to virtually any cell in the body to quench cell damaging oxidation.
