Description
Valerian Standardized: Latin Name: Valeriana officinalis. Nature's Way standardized Valerian root is a scientifically advanced herbal extract standardized to 0.8% Valerenic acid and supported by whole Valerian root. Valerian has a relaxing effect on the nervous system, it promotes relaxation in persons leading a hectic lifestyle and helps support restful sleep. It was used and promoted anciently by 10th century Arabic physicians, it is still very popular in Europe and western Asia.

Calcium: 30 mg; Valerian Nighttime, dried valerian extract: 220 mg; Valerian Root: 800 mg
Other Ingredients: Gelatin
Suggested Usage
Take one to two capsules one hour before bedtime. For daytime use take one capsule with water at mealtime.
