Avena Sativa (Oat Straw) - for healthy brain nutrition and to provide a soothing feeling; treats nervousness and periodic sleeplessness.
Cinchona Officinalis (Peruvian Bark) - for feelings of anxiety and to alleviate a poor disposition.
Humulus Lupulus (Tincture of Lupuline ) - for feelings of confusion.
Hyoscyamus Niger (Henbane) - for feelings of sadness, apprehension and worry.
Ignatia Amara (St. Ignatius' Bean) - for feelings of impatience, anxiousness, and fear.
Passiflora Incarnata (Passion Flower) - for severe headaches; helps with relaxation and promotes better sleep.
Valeriana Officinalis (Valeriana officinalis) - for phobias, hallucinations and nervous excitability.

Suggested Usage
