Weigh Down also contains an effective level of three important lipotropic factors _ choline, inositol and carnitine which usually help burn fat deposits. Suggested Usage
The serving size of
Weigh Down is 32 grams (3 level tablespoons). Blend with eight ounces of skim milk, low fat milk or water until it becomes thick (about 15 seconds). Take twice a day in place of two meals and, for your third meal, use good sense.
