Each softgel combines 500mg of organic flax oil, rich in omega-3 and 100mg borage oil, rich in GLA, making it convenient and perfect for people who: Take borage oil but don't get their needed omega-3 Take flax oil, but don't get their needed GLA Both flax and borage oils are pure, unrefined, and GMO-free. Each oil has been extracted using the cold expeller-press method, without the chemical solvent hexane.

Ingredients

Certified organic flaxseed oil, borage seed oil, gelatin, glycerin, water and carob.

Suggested Usage

One to three softgels with each meal daily.
