  How to Order
Order Online:
When order online, please follow the prompt. Fill out the required fields and check the accuracy of your information to ensure smooth and expedient handling. A $10.00 service fee will be charged by Federal Express to you if you provide an incorrect or incomplete address.

Ordering By Phone:
This may take longer time. We encourage you to order online if possible. Though you may order online 24 hours a day 365 days a year, we do not ship on the following holidays: Christmas Day, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th & 5th. All orders made on these days will be shipped on the following business day.

How to Check My Order Status
To find out the status of your order, go to My Account, and find the order you want to track under the Order Status section. Note: You must register for "My Account" during checkout in order to track your order online.

Back Orders
Occasionally some items may be temporarily back-ordered. If replenishment of a back-ordered item takes longer than two business days, we will process those items that are available and ship the partial order. The back-ordered item will be shipped to you as it becomes available without further shipping fee. You will be notified of these changes to your order via email or with a note in the package shipped to you.

Return Policy and Guarantee

  • - Within 15 days of purchasing, you may return the items for a full refund (less shipping charges). All returned items must be unopened and in resalable condition for refund.

  • - Packages refused at the time of delivery will be considered a return and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping & Handling will be non refundable.

  • - If for any reason you wish to return an item please call us to obtain a "Return Authorization Number". No returns are accepted without a "Return Authorization Number."

  • - Refund will be issued within 15 days of receiving the authorized return.

  • - There are no refunds after 15 days of receipt of your order. We recommend that if you order more than one of any item that you do not open every item until you are prepared to use it. This will help maintain freshness and allow you to return the un-open items for a refund if they do not work out for you.

  • - Return of the same item of quantity 4 or more is subjected to a 20% restocking fee. We recommend you to try a product first before ordering 4 or more at a time.

  • - Although we try very hard to keep the product information up-to-date, occasionally, the manufacturer changes the name and the packaging of a product without notice. If the ingredients and the serving remain the same, we are not responsible for any return or refund due to the name and packaging change. The product image should only be used as a reference. We do not accept returns just because the product image does not look exactly the same.

  • - Order with wrong shipping address shipped through UPS is subjected to a $10 address correction fee. Please double check you shipping address during checkout.

  • - A $10 fee will be charged for any order that was shipped through UPS and got returned back to us after three delivery attempts made by UPS.

Shipping Policy
Shipping and Handling is only $5.99 via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail within the Continental United States for order under 1 lb and $1 for each additional pound. Orders addressed to P.O. Box, APO, FPO, Hawaii and Alaska will only be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

We may from time to time send out product samples with your order. We hope to keep you posted so that you may discover all the health giving benefits of natural herbal products we have.

Track My Order
To track your order, go to My Account. Find the order you want to track. If the order has been shipped, a FedEx tracking number will be provided with the order information. Clicking on the tracking number will take you to FedEx's tracking website.

We currently accept: Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Personal Checks

When payming by credit card, please make sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number--the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Extra processing time may be required If you are shipping to a address different from your billing address.

Additional Digits of Credit Card - Security Code:
You may be asked to provide us with the additional last three digits of your credit card that are located on the back of your credit card for verification that the credit card is in your possession. We need to have this information to insure that the credit card being used is valid and in good standing and that this order is authorized by the proper owner of the card.

Payments By Money Order or Check:
Any payment by Money Order or Check must be payable from a US Bank.All payments by Money Order or Cashiers Check should be made out in US currency. If you order online and want to pay by Money Order or Cashiers Check, please select "Money Order / Cashiers Check" and the payment type during checkout. Products ordered with Money Order or Cashiers Check will be shipped when funds are received. Orders by personal check are not shipped until funds have cleared the banking system. Order Cancellation
Order can be canceled before the time of shipping. To cancel an order please contact our customer service department at 312-881-0004, Monday through Friday, 10AM to 6PM Central Standard Time. An order cannot be canceled after it has been shipped. We DO NOT accept cancellation through Email, since it’s not a 100% reliable way of communication.

Sales Taxes
We charges sales tax for orders shipped to Illinois. Sales tax is automatically computed on product(s) only. You will be able to see the total sales tax charged on your order during checkout.
