Ingredients
Cleansing Fiber™ Formula:
Fiber Blend of Psyllium seed & husks, Brown rice bran and Apple pectin husk in a 530 mg proprietary blend of Licorice root, Slippery Elm bark, Pau D'Arco bark, Peppermint leaf and Chlorella.
Thistle Cleanse® Formula:
Milk Thistle seed extract Standardized to 80% silymarin in a 400 mg proprietary blend of Milk Thistle seed, Dandelion root, Salvia root, Yellow Dock root, Barberry bark, Bayberry bark, Burdock root, Hyssop leaf, Red Clover herb, Bupleurum root, Ginger rhizome, Licorice root, Sage leaf, Chrysanthemum flowers and Lonicera flowers.
Cleansing Laxative™ Formula:
Cascara Sagrada bark in a 830 mg proprietary blend of Brown rice bran, Apple pectin, Rhubarb rhizome, Buckthorn bark, Gentian root, Anise seed, Fennel seed, Goldenseal root and Oregon Grape root.
Suggested Usage

Cleansing Fiber - Take 1/2 hour before meal or 2 hours after meal. If you haven't used a Psyllium product before, we suggest starting slowly. On Day 1 begin with 3 capsules, twice daily, adding one additional capsule to each dosage per Day, building up to the suggested dose on Day 4.
Thistle Cleanse - Take before AM and PM meal. For people who feel they have a build-up of toxins or a sensitive digestive system, we recommend introducing your body to cleansing by using Thistle Cleanse for 4-5 days before starting your Quick Cleanse.
Cleansing Laxative - Take at bedtime.
Remember to drink plenty of fluids!
