Milk thistle has been clinically tested to assist in the detoxification process.1 Research has also shown that silymarin, an active component in milk thistle, helps shield the liver from toxins and actually aids in liver cell recovery.1 Kudzu, artichoke and sarsaparilla all have traditionally been used for liver support.1
