Endurance Fuel is a serious, multi-stage powdered beverage that anticipates an athlete's needs before, during and after a race.
Designed for the serious endurance athlete, Endurance Fuel has no fat or artificial colors and contains clinically-tested ingredients in three distinct complexes:
Stage One: Drinking Endurance Fuel before training prepares your body with the hydration it needs and floods the system with Defense Complex, a fusion of clinically-tested antioxidants, which helps protect muscles during exercise.
Stage Two: Designed to power the athlete through even the most intense training, our Endurance Blend contains several components. A four-stage carbohydrate mixture releases energy gradually over time, increasing endurance and stamina beyond simple carb drinks. Electrolytes help replenish essential nutrients lost through perspiration. Beta alanine, "the endurance ingredient," was also added as it has been clinically proven to raise the anaerobic threshold in endurance athletes, helping them work longer, faster and harder in less time.
Stage Three: Post-exercise recovery is addressed with the inclusion of a specially-designed Recovery Matrix. "Rapid recuperation is extremely important to elite athletes who are training regularly," remarked Dr. Bell. "Since exercise produces stress, which leads to protein loss in muscle, we used a two-phased solution: whey, to reduce protein lost during exercise, and casein, a protein which is absorbed over a couple of hours, to readily restore and grow resting muscle when exercise is finished." These proteins were added at a 4:1 carb-to-protein ratio that studies indicate results in improved performance. The end result is improved athletic performance, enhanced endurance and a faster muscle recovery.

Suggested Usage
Mix 1 scoop (31 g) with 20 oz. of cold water in a glass or water bottle. Use before, during or after exercise.
