B-1 (Thiamin) is part of the co-enzyme system which helps metabolize carbohydrates, maintains healthy skin, mouth, eyes, hair, essential for normal function of the heart, nerve tissues, muscles, digestion, learning capacity, mental illness and memory. Well tolerated by the most highly allergic individuals.

B-1 Caps 100 mg are free of the most common allergens such as corn, soy, yeast, rice, barley, wheat, lactose (milk sugar) and all milk, citrus, fish and egg products. No added flavorings, sugars, salt, artificial sweeteners, colorings, preservatives or salicylates.
