Description
Cal Citrate with Magnesium- Calcium Magnesium citrates are highly soluble and bioavailable forms (they are chelates) that have much greater absorption rates than other common forms of calcium and magnesium supplements. We have combined our calcium with magnesium, because you need magnesium in order to absorb calcium.
