E 400 with mixed Tocopherols- Vitamin E is an antioxidant that protects cell membranes and other fat-soluble parts of the body, such as low-density lipoprotein (LDL; "bad" cholesterol) cholesterol, from damage.

Ingredients

Vitamin E (as d-alpha-tocopherol with mixed tocopherols) 400 IU 1333%

Other Ingredients: Soybean oil, gelatin, glycerin and water

Suggested Usage

As a dietary supplement, take one softgel up to two times daily.
