Suggested Usage
Recommended for taking at bedtime. Take half a teaspoon dry on tongue. Wash down with water or your favorite fruit juice. For children: 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon according to age.

Do not use this or any laxative in case of nausea, vomiting, or other symptoms of appendicitis. Frequent or prolonged use of laxative may result in dependence on laxatives.
