Ingredients

Cold-pressed unrefined organic flaxseed oil with triple-cleaned ground organic flaxseed, softgel (gelatin, water, glycerin, natural caramel color, carob).

Suggested Usage

Two to six capsules with each meal. Opitmal Daily Dosage: 1 Tbsp. Per 100 lbs. Body weight (14 capsules = 1 Tbsp. oil)
