Description
Borage Dry Skin Therapy Lotion, Adult Formula is for treatment of atopic dermatitis, eczema and other dry skin disorders. This lotion is specially formulated with magnesium ascorbyl phosphate (stabilized vitamin C) and with the amino acid, L-ergothioneine, to help improve the redness, flaking and moisture loss associated with mature skin. These two ingredients have been shown to boost the cell's ability to utilize ATP which is the primary energy source for all cellular metabolism. With this formula, skin cells receive an extra energy boost that helps them utilize the gamma-Linolenic Acid present in borage oil. If used on a regular basis, the effect is cumulative and will result in long term improvement.
Many people have dry skin that isn't relieved with traditional moisturizers . This is why we've created ShiKai Borage Dry Skin Therapy. These break-through products have an ingredient so effective, it's been proven in medical journals again and again. In other words, it really works.
Borage oil, extracted from the borage plant, is a natural source of gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA), which the body uses in making skin cells. Without enough GLA, cell membranes can't retain enough moisture and skin becomes dry and rough.
