Description
Melatonin is a naturally occurring hormone secreted by the pineal gland with potent antioxidant activity and may provide relief for insomnia, jet lag, immune function, high cholesterol, hypertension, anti-aging properties and cardiovascular health. It is a night time formula. It promotes healthy sleep patterns. Scored tablets split easily for half doses.
Ingredients
Each Tablet Contains:
Vitamin B6 (As Pyridoxine Hydrochloride): 10 Mg
Calcium (As Calcium Carbonate): 86 Mg
Melatonin: 3 Mg
Other Ingredients: Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium and magnesium stearate.
Does Not Contain: Added sugar (sucrose, fructose, lactose), salt (sodium chloride), yeast, wheat, gluten or milk, preservatives, artificial colors or artificial flavors.
Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement take one (1) tablet at bedtime or as recommended by your health care professional.
