Because B-vitamins are used to support the body's metabolism of the major nutrients-carbohydrate, fat and protein, this supplement can be used for its role in energy metabolism. This formula also contains additional nutrients to support energy metabolism including calcium, and iron. In addition, Vitamin B-complex is recommended as an anti-stress formula due to its role in supporting brain and nerve function.
Other Ingredients: Cellulose, stearic acid, cellulose gum, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate, coating (hydroxpropyl methylcellulose and polyethylene glycol).
