Description

Vitamin B-Complex is essential for maintaining the nervous system, healthy skin, eyes, hair, mouth, liver, muscle tone in the gastrointestinal tract, supporting immune function, producing energy, and assisting in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. It provides a full spectrum of B vitamins which assist in the release of energy from foods.

This B-vitamin complex contains a unique blend of vitamins B1, 2, 3, 6, 12, folic acid, biotin, pantothenic acid and PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid).

Because B-vitamins are used to support the body's metabolism of the major nutrients-carbohydrate, fat and protein, this supplement can be used for its role in energy metabolism. This formula also contains additional nutrients to support energy metabolism including calcium, and iron. In addition, Vitamin B-complex is recommended as an anti-stress formula due to its role in supporting brain and nerve function.

Other Ingredients: Soybean oil, softgel (gelatin, glycerin, water, caramel color), beeswax, rice bran oil and lecithin.

Does Not Contain: Added sugar (sucrose, fructose, lactose), salt (sodium chloride), yeast, wheat, gluten, milk, preservatives, or artificial flavors.

Suggested Usage
