Suggested Usage
Mix one or two scoops with 4-8 oz of your favorite beverage in a shaker cup or blender. This may be done several times per day to fulfill your protein requirements. You may also use as an additional ingredient to foods such as cereal, pancakes, muffins, yogurt, bread or your favorite fruit smoothie!
