Description

Vitamins: B-1 (Thiamine HCI)- 50 mg, B-3 (Niacin)- 50 mg, B-5 (Panthotenic Acid as D-Calcium- 100 mg, Panthotenate, B-6 (Pyridoxidine Hydrochloride)- 50 mg, B-12 (as Hydroxycobalamin)- 500 mcg, Folic Acid- 200 mcg, Inositol- 100 mg
Co-Factors: Phosphatiddylcholine as Lecithin- 500 mg, RNA- 100 mg, TMG- 50 mg

Suggested Usage

Directions : Adults two tablets daily, preferably with the morning or afternoon meal or as directed. No yeast, sugar, starch added.

Note: This formulation contains Niacin, one of the B Complex Vitamins which may cause a warm flushing of the skin, the effects of which are harmless an may be relieved by drinking 1/2 cups of water.
