Suggested Usage
Pour one cup boiling water over one tea bag in a cup. Let the tea steep for two the three minutes (do not steep too long), press tea bag lightly. Drink hot or cold, but always after a meal- preferably the evening meal. If the tea is too strong dilute with water to taste. Pregnant or lactating women, anyone under the age of 18, or persons taking medication should consult a physician before beginning any weight loss program.
