Ingredients

MSM (Methylsulphonylmethane): 3000 mg (3 g)
Other Ingredients: Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Silica, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Vegetable Coating.
Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement, take two capsules 1-2 times daily with meals. If intestinal gas occurs, reduce dosage.
