Suggested Usage
Take 1 tablespoon (14 g) one to three times daily. One serving provides the recommended daily nutrient intake of Omega-3 fatty acids. Use in salad dressing, dips and spreads; on bread, rice and pasta or stirred into yogurt, cottage cheese, juice or cold beverages. Do not use in cooking or frying.
