Vitex Fruit: Latin Name: Vitex agnus-castus. Encapsulated
Vitex Fruit provided in a once daily dosage based on research conducted in Germany as stated in Commission E monograph revised December 1992. It is a woman's dietary supplement, traditionally used for menstrual difficulties. It has been heavily researched in Europe. It is widely used to promote overall health and balance in a woman's life.
Ingredients
Each capsule contains:
Vitex: 400 mg
Other Ingredients: Gelatin, Millet
Suggested Usage
Take one capsule two to three times daily for eight to twelve weeks. Thereafter take one capsule daily. Vitex works slowly so it is best if used long term.
