Description

Kelp: Latin Name: Ascophyllum nodosum. Nature's Way Kelp is collected from deep in the ocean because it closes to shore may absorb many heavy metals and toxins. It has a long history of use as a food and as a source of assimilable iodine. It contains many nutrients absorbed from the sea.

Ingredients

Each capsule contains:
Iodine: 330 mcg
Iron, gluconate: 390 mcg
Kelp (whole thallus): 660 mg
Sodium: 20 mg
Other Ingredients: Gelatin

Suggested Usage

Take one to two capsules daily with water at a mealtime or prepared as a tea.
