Gymnema is used to help remove accumulated sugars, a result of Pitta or Kapha imbalance.

Ingredients

1 capsule contains:

Gymnema (Gymnema sylvestre) (Leaf extract) standardized for 150 mg Gymnemic acids: 200 mg.

Suggested Usage

1 capsule twice a day with meals, preferably just as meal is started.

Usage Precautions: Gymnema has been used safely in India for several centuries. We suggest this product not be used if your are pregnant or nursing.
