Ingredients
2 capsules contain:
Indian Gooseberry (Emblica officinalis) (Fruit powder): 320 mg
Beleric myrobalan (Terminalia belerica) (Fruit powder): 320 mg
Chebulic myrobalan (Terminalia chebula) (Fruit powder): 320 mg
Suggested Usage
Take two capsules, up to three times a day with meals. It may be best to start two capsules once or twice a day adjust dosage as needed.
Usage Precautions: Triphala has been used safely in India for several centuries. We suggest this product not be used if your are pregnant or nursing.
