Calcium as Dicalcium Phosphate, Phosphorus as Dicalcium Phosphate, Melatonin (1 mg)
Other Ingredients: Time Release Agent (Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil), Stearic Acid, Silica, Cellulose Gum, Magnesium Stearate. No Yeast, Wheat, Corn, Milk, Egg, Soy, Glutens, Artificial Colors or Flavors, Added Sugar, Starch or Preservatives.
Suggested Usage
Take 1 tablet 20 minutes before bedtime. An additional tablet may be taken to promote sleep.
