Inactive: Lactose, magnesium stearate.
Suggested Usage
Adults and children over the age of 12, chew 2 tablets and allow to dissolve in the mouth 30 minutes before bedtime and 2 tablets at bedtime. Children 6-12 years of age, take one half the adult dosage. Not recommended for children under 6. For best results take in a clean mouth.
