Suggested Usage
Arnica can be used preventively to lessen the impact of sore muscles or bruising from strenuous activity on muscles and injuries. However, Arnica is most often used after everyday activities or injury to help temporary relief sore muscles and muscle strains, reduce inflammation and speed recovery from injuries. Arnica is indicated for temporary relief of pain and bruising as a result of trauma, as well as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and gout arthritis.
