Suggested Usage

Beginners should start with 1 serving (3 caplets) with a glass of water twice daily. Intermediate and advanced bodybuilders should refer to the chart on label. One workout days, take 1 serving in the morning and the other before your workout. On non-workout days, take 1 serving in the morning and the other anytime during the day. Do not exceed 10 caplets in a 24-hour period. Consume 10 glasses of water daily for general good health. Read the entire label before use and follow directions.
