Suggested Usage
Add the contents of 1 packet (1 serving) to 12 to 14 oz. of cold water or skim milk. Mix in a blender or shaker for 30 seconds and consume.
For maximum muscle and strength gains: Consume 2 servings daily. Consume the first serving immediately upon waking up and the second serving immediately following your workout.
