All B vitamins and Vitamin C are especially coated to assure slow and continuous release of these water soluble vitamins over a 6 to 8 hour period. Each batch is tested and meets this rigid standard.

Suggested Usage
To be taken daily with meals, as follows:
Children four-ten years- one tablet daily. Regular adult regimen- two tablets daily. Super-Nutrition adult regimen- three tablets daily.
