Ingredients

Each Capsule Contains:
Methylsulfonylmethane (OptiMSM®): 250 mg
Glucosamine sulfate (as D-glucosamine sulfate 2KCl): 500 mg
Bromelain (from pineapple) (600 gelatin digestive units per gram): 100 mg
Other ingredients: Vegetable cellulose, magnesium stearate, Enzymax® (calcium carbonate, bromelian, papain, lipase, amylase, protease, silica).
This product contains no wheat, salt, sugar, milk, yeast, artificial flavors, colorings or preservatives.

Suggested Usage

Take one (1) capsule three times daily preferably at meal times, or as directed.
