Suggested Usage
Directions:
Pre-Cleanse: For maximum benefits use the enclosed Pre-Cleanse capsule packet the day before using the Stuff Chewable. Take all 6 Pre-Cleanse capsules the day before with 24-32oz of water.
Instructions: 1. On the desired day of cleansing, start by chewing the entire STUFF Chewable tablet followed by 24oz of water. 2. Wait 15 minutes. Drink another 24oz of water. 3. Allow 40 minutes for the Stuff Chewable to become effective. 4. Urinate frequently (1-2 times minimum). Product is effective for up to 8 hours.
