Active Athletic Shower & Bath Gel contains a blend of essential oils of eucalyptus, bay laurel, chamomile, ivy, juniper, and witch hazel that ease muscle soreness while cleansing the body and livening the senses.

Eucalyptus- a powerful stimulant for aching joints and muscles.
Arnica- relieves aches, stimulates blood circulation.
Balm Mint- a soothing aroma to cool you down.
Bay Laurel, Calendula, & Cedar- for bruises, damaged muscles and troubled skin. Fennel & Comfrey- assists with cuts, burns, and varicose veins.
Ivy- an astringent that will help calm the nerves.
Juniper- a natural antiseptic which helps relieve insect bites and soothes. Slippery Elm- helps reduce swelling, pain, and inflammation.
Witch Hazel- a liniment for body aches.

Suggested Usage
For a bath pour into running warm water. For a shower, apply liberally to the skin and massage muscles and joints.
