Valerian Super Calm is an herbal combination containing valerian, which may be helpful for calming and sedating children around bedtime or for those individuals with ADD and ADHD.

Valerian Super Calm is a nerve support and having a calming formula that promotes normal activity. Nighttime use may promote normal sleep. We donate a portion of our proceeds to environmental and humanitarian organizations.

Valerian has been used as a sleep aid for over 1,000 years. Its ability to help relax the central nervous system, promote feelings of calm, decrease levels of anxiety and stress, and enhance sleep are known to millions the world over. A possible mechanism by which a valerian extract may cause sedation is by increasing the amount of gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA, an inhibitory neurotransmitter) available in the synaptic cleft.

Ingredients

Kosher Coconut and/or Palm Kernel Glycerine, Distilled Water, Skullcap Herb, Chamomile Flowers, Valerian Root, Fennel Seed, Hops Strobiles, Catnip Herb, Citric Acid.

Suggested Usage

Take directly or mix drops in small amount of pure water or juice and drink. Formulated for children over one years of age. 1-2 years (up to 24 pounds): 15-20 drops (.7ml -1ml) as needed up to 3 times a day. 3 - 6 years (24-48 pounds): 20 - 40 drops (1ml - 2ml) as needed up to 3 times a day. & - 11 years (49 - 95 pounds): 40 drops (2ml) as needed up to 3 - 4 times a day. 12 years to adult (over 95 pounds): 60 drops (3ml) as needed up to 3 - 4 times a day.
