For cooling relief: Chill in the refrigerator for an hour for an hour or put in the freezer for ten to fifteen minutes. Take out and gently place the mask over tired, strained eyes to relieve puffiness and swelling. Or place over hot spots to relieve overheated skin. Provides soothing relief after a hard, stressful day.
For warming relief: Soak is warm water for ten to fifteen minutes or heat in a microwave at a medium setting for no longer than 20 seconds to desired temperature. Take out and wear mask to provide warmth to cold-exposed skin. Also provides temporary relief from sinus congestion caused by colds or allergies.
