Aloe Vera Complexion Toner & Refresher is an alcohol-free formula for dry and normal skin to remove traces of make-up and impurities, balance and revitalize skin, and improve complexion. This unique alcohol-free toner normalizes skin to its proper pH of 4.0-6.0 while removing last traces of make-up, cleansers, and impurities. Aloe Vera Toner is a revitalizing cooling astringent that will not dry the skin because of rich anti-drying Aloe, Panthenol, Hyaluronic Acid and Kelp. Calendula Extract serves to reduce irritation.

Suggested Usage
After cleansing, or to remove excess oil, saturate cotton and gently wipe the face and neck area. Can also be used as an afterbath splash.
