How often?
Initially you may repeat the cleanse at two week intervals. After your initial string of cleanses, a quarterly or semi-annual liver cleanse may be enough. Traditional use and common sense tell you that liver cleanses may be beneficial until no stones come out! You be the detective.

What you need in addition to this Kit:
A. Four fl. oz. (½ cup) Extra Virgin, cold-pressed olive oil (light in color) per cleanse. So for 5 cleanses you need 20 fl. oz.
B. 2 to 4 fresh pink grapefruits for each cleanse. You need enough to squeeze 3/4 cup juice.
C. Pint (1/2 liter) jar with lid.
Tamper evident
Do not use this product if plastic bags inside the box are open or if either the outer neck band or the inner seal is broken on the bottle.
Do not take during pregnancy or lactation. Keep away from children.
