Description
Arnica Montana is a homeopathic remedy indicated for muscular soreness due to overexertion, and facilitates the healing of swelling, bruising, shock, sprains, soreness, injury, and post surgery. For the temporary relief of minor muscle or joint aches and pain; strains, sprains, bruises, backache or over-exertion. Characteristics: Pain, stiffness or swelling may be associated with acute injuries or trauma.

Suggested Usage
Sublingual medication. Place under tongue; let dissolve. Take when mouth is in natural condition, 1/2 hour before or after eating, brushing teeth, or drinking anything but water. Unless directed otherwise by doctor: Adults: 3X-12X & 6C-12C: 10 pellets or 3 tablets every hour. As symptoms improve, decrease to every 4 hours, then twice daily.
When symptoms disappear, stop medication. 30X, 30C: 10 pellets or 3 tablets 3 times a day. As symptoms improve, decrease to once a day. When symptoms disappear, stop medication. 200, 1M: 10 pellets once a week. LM: 10 pellets dissolved in water, twice a day. When symptoms disappear, stop medication. For advice on high potencies, consult a knowledgeable practitioner. Child 2 to 12 (check warnings on other side of insert): Half adult dose. Child under 2: Only on advice & supervision of a doctor.
