Phase I (shampooing): Gentle enough for daily use. Apply small amount into palm of hand. Gently massage into wet hair. Rinse. Phase II (conditioning): Always shampoo first with Biotene H-24 Natural Shampoo Phase I, as these products have been formulated to work as a complete hair maintenance program. Massage small amount of conditioner through your hair. Leave on for 2-3 minutes. Rinse.
