Description

Difficulty getting off to sleep and disturbed sleep patterns are often associated with the pace of life today. Many herbs with sedative and hypnotic properties can help resolve this problem without the addictive and 'hangover' effects associated with many modern drugs. Both Valerian and Hops serve this purpose admirably, being the standard herbs used by many Herbalists. The gentle action of these herbs on the nervous system makes them suitable for use in children who are overactive.

Ingredients

100g of Fresh Plant Tincture (extracted in alcohol 61% by volume ) typically contains the tinctures of: Valeriana officinalis 50g (Valerian) Humulus lupulus 50g (Hops)

Suggested Usage

20 to 30 drops in a little water half an hour before retiring.
