DermaSilk Anti-wrinkle is revolutionary because it is a dietary supplement that works from within to rejuvenate, restore and promote healthy skin cells below the surface. Wrinkles get their start below the skin's surface where Advanced Glycation End Products (AGE's), superoxides and free radicals wreak havoc on the delicate underlying structures. Glycation and cross-linking (sugar bonding to the long-lived proteins in collagen) rob facial skin of its elasticity, while leaving behind damaging metabolic waste. Superoxides and free radicals cause both intracellular toxicity and extracellular damage. The results are wrinkles, sagging, thinning, drying, discoloring, spotting (age and sun spots) and reddening skin.

Astaxanthin complex, extracted from the algae, Haematococcus pluvialis, is a powerful biological antioxidant which exhibits strong free radical scavenging activity. Astaxanthin protects algae and other life forms from sun damage. It protects cell membranes, cells, and tissues against oxidative damage. Alone, or with tocotrienols, it has been shown to significantly improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, increase moisture content, improve elasticity and density of skin and increase collagen production.
Tocotrienols are the most powerful antioxidants in the vitamin E family. The protective effects of tocotrienols against oxidation helps protect skin cells from the impact of aging. DermaSilk provides a natural, full-spectrum Vitamin E complex.
GliSODin® is the first effective, orally delivered superoxide dismutase (SOD). Until recently, supplemental SODs were inactivated by the corrosive digestive processes. But, GliSODin® is coupled with a natural shield which protects the SOD activity. Clearing the digestive system intact, it unleashes its precious cargo of superoxide dismutase. GliSODin® protects cells from oxidative DNA damage, reduces age spots, and protects skin cells from solar damage. It helps prevent UV damage from sunlight.
PABA (Para-aminobenzoic Acid), a B complex vitamin, is best known for its use in sunscreens. As a precursor of folic acid, it supports all of the functions of folic acid within the body including helping to fight aging. It also promotes cell membrane fluidity. PABA slows undesirable, cross-linking bonds (which stiffen formerly flexible and elastic collagen) caused by excessive free radicals.
Carnosine is a recognized antioxidant, AGE inhibitor, membrane-protective compound, a free radical scavenger and cross-linking inhibitor, helping to maintain collagen elasticity. Studies have shown that when aging cells are supplemented with carnosine, they are markedly rejuvenated and their lifespan extended.
Benfotiamine, the more bioavailable, lipid-soluble form of thiamine, suppresses AGE accumulation and decreases oxidative damage to the skin.
Suggested Usage
