Simply place tablet on tongue and wash down with a glass of water, preferably warm. The tablets may be chewed before swallowing or broken up and mixed with stewed fruit, apple sauce, etc. Dosage may be increased or decreased according to individual needs. Indications: For relief of occasional constipation and irregularity. This product generally produces bowel movement in 6 to 12 hours.

Suggested Usage
Place on tongue and wash down with a glass of water, preferably warm. Adults: Two (2) to four (4) tablets daily as needed at bedtime or on arising. Children, 6-11: 1/2 of adult dose. Children, 2-5: 1/4 of adult dose.
