Description

This is a unique formulation combining Melatonin with natural vitamins and minerals that have been used for sleep quality and restoring inner balance. Key ingredients include vitamin B-6 and Magnesium Carbonate. Added to these nutrients are calming herbs including Valerian root, Ginger root, Chamomile and Hops. Melatonin is a naturally occurring hormone secreted by the pineal gland.
